Limited Liability Company Order Agreement

I agree to comply with and abide by the following statements!

EntityDoc and/or its representatives/employees can correctly fulfill your request for processing.
EntityDoc CANNOT REPRESENT YOU IN A COURT OF LAW.
EntityDoc IS NOT A LAW OFFICE OR CPA FIRM AND IS PROHIBITED FROM PROVIDING LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE OR LEGAL OR TAX REPRESENTATION TO ANY PERSON.
I have made up my mind voluntarily to do this action myself without the aid of legal or tax counsel from EntityDoc.
EntityDoc can prepare and render the services I request by using the information I have provided.
If new information is provided after the commencement or completion of any requested services which result in a need for a change or modification of those services, EntityDoc reserves the right to impose a reasonable additional charge and may keep from giving refunds if new information changes the need for or the appropriateness of any requested services.
I hereby state that EntityDoc and/or its representatives/employees have not in any way represented themselves to be an attorney or tax professional.
I have neither sought, nor received any legal or tax advice from EntityDoc and/or its representatives and it is my intention to represent myself in any actions with EntityDoc.
Any communication between myself and EntityDoc or its representatives/employees is not protected from disclosure by any privilege.
