Our Services are unique for several reasons. Since our services are labor and support oriented, our customers pay for a service for a period, rather than a one time order until you need us again. Off hour services are usually available at no extra charge.
Our registered agent services are for one year and include whatever it takes at the state to keep your company current and up to date for the service period which is usually one year. An annual renewal keeps your state business current year after year. Althought any state fees are extra, QQB Services yearly charge covers any state or official mail needed to be forwarded to you for any companies you have active, also.
Any company kits are guaranteed for the life of any company and only charges for extra certificates or replacement parts have any charges, while there is never a charge for QQB Services to handle any such needs.
QQB Services has no late fees of any kind since charges are only assessed when renewal services occur. State fees sometimes have late charges which our customers would need to pay if necessary, but our services begin after payment is received by us.
Any documents created by QQB Services are fully modifiable or even replaced at any time with any changes required, once the services for a particular year has been paid, regardless of the number of changes needed. Once charges for startup or annual company recordkeeping have been paid, reproducing or modifing these documents or for special meetings is at no extra charge, even if the changes are required years later for already paid for documents. Trusts are completely modified at any time for an indefinite amount of time, once they have been paid for and created.
