Because of the formalaties and documents to validate Entities such as Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Trusts, and the increased use of computers to aid in carrying on business and
estate planning, it became only logical for someone to create a comprehensive, inexpensive and simple method to create the mounds of paperwork required to validate these entities. EntityDoc was
created to address those needs to effectively, easily and inexpensive way to carry out those chores.
Before EntityDoc was created, there were really no ways to easily and inexpensively accomplish the documentation chores. Recognizing a need and a desire to have readily available documentation for
Corporations, Limited Liability Company and basic revocable trusts, EntityDoc was launched. EntityDoc worked closely with the proper authorities and local Nevada attorney's to establish legal
documentation for Corporations, Limited Liability Company and basic revocable trusts.
From that simple concept to reality, EntityDoc established themselves as a Wyoming Corporation under the name of QQB Services. EntityDoc has continued to work and strive to be what they wanted to
be from the beginning, a part of a resource for the entire country.
Recently, the original company QQB Services, created the EntityDoc Division to enable it to serve clients mainly in the documentation arena to help companies become current with their documentation,
help familys with financial and health and estate plans, and to help companies move from disadvantaged states to more business friendly states.
Wyoming is rapidly becoming another one of our specialties, and our services as EntityDoc, will be reaching into the nation to document entites wherever needed. The founders of EntityDoc have been in
the documentation business since 1994 and have documented companies in more than 31 states.
EntityDoc is here to serve personal and company business services needs for corporations, limited liability companies and trusts, wherever these types of services are needed.
