Continue To Corporation Record Keeping Payment
Here are the steps to place a Corporation Order:

1. Please Have the following Contact information ready: Name, address, phone, fax (if available), cell, email address.
2. Please Have the following Corporation Information ready: Name, Registered Agent, Charter Date, Authorized Shares, address, phone, fax, officers, directors, and fiscal year end. EntityDoc will need a copy of the Corporation charter and articles, and all annual lists that have been filed, to insure our services match any history of an existing company. Please fax or email scanned copies of these documents to 307/461-9305, or services@entitydoc.com or mail the copies to the above address at your earliest convenience. If these copies are unavailable, we can obtain them for you from the state at whatever fees the state charges. (Processing time will be increased by the additional time needed to procure these documents).
3. Please Agree to EntityDoc Service Agreement
4. Please Choose the services desired: Corporate Kit (Book, Certificates, Seal, Binder, etc....) and/or Record Keeping (Minutes, Meetings, By-Laws, Benefit Plans, Employee Agreements, Resolutions, etc....)
5. Please Enter Order information from above where required
6. Please Confirm Payment Method and make payment.
