Will And Living Trust Order

Here are the steps to place a Will and Living Trust Order:

1. Have the following information ready: Contact Information - Name, address, phone, fax (if available), cell, email address

2. Agree to EntityDoc Services Agreement

3. Enter Order information from above where required and know who the trustee(s) and successor trustee(s) and their successors will be so they can be entered. The beneficiary(s) and their successor(s) will also be required. If the executor of the estate will be different than the trustee or their successor(s), please indicate that in the comments. The minimum age for any beneficiary to receive the proceeds to which they will be entitled from the trustee will also be needed. Information entered here, although other than final, should be done the first time with as much accuracy as necessary to save time later. All of our services include unlimited corrections until the documents are just as required.

4. Confirm Payment Method and Make Payment
