Special Meeting Record Keeping at no charge requires that the annual meeting for the year any special meeting is required, has already been purchased in a previous order. All special meetings for any year purchased are at no charge. Special meetings usually occur when managers have any changes during a year or other important events have occurred and need to be authorized at a special meeting. Other changes are usually made during regular annual meetings. An example of special meeting events might be such things as changes of registered agents or special resolutions needed for specific events. A new record binder book and sleeve, including seal, membership certificates, and dividers, may be available upon special request if a limited liability company seems to have completely misplaced the original.
